Stanta are proud to contine our successful relationship with Hill Partnerships with the appointment and imminent commencement of works at the Stonebridge Estate development in Brent, West London. This follows a long tender process in which Stanta provided technical and pricing support to achieve budgets while providing the same high standards of delivery as achieved at previous Hill Partnerships projects such as Fish Island, Blackwall Reach and Chobham Farm.
Hyde Housing Association has led the redevelopment of the Stonebridge estate over the last two decades, with a variety of completed projects across a wide area that have resulted in the wholesale transformation of this once crumbling and dangerous estate into a new neighbourhood of active streets, interspersed with apartment buildings of a very high architectural quality. Sites 29, 30 and 31 offer a great opportunity to activate and regenerate the southern part of the masterplan.
