Stanta are glad to announce our latest project in Brighton and first project direct with McLaren Construction with the award of the Edward Street development in the centre of the city.
Edward Street Quarter is a new 300,000ft² mixed-use project being developed in Brighton by a joint venture of First Base and Patron Capital.
The project involves the redevelopment of the two-acre former American Express (Amex) House site on Edward Street to create Grade A office space, 168 residential units, leisure and retail space, and a public realm.
