Stanta are delighted to have secured 2 new projects with new client Osborne Construction in Westminster following the successful delivery of our first project with Osborne last year at Pelham Street in Brighton.
The projects at Queens Park Court and Torridon House will deliver a mix of modern community supportive homes for older residents and general needs social and intermediate accommodation, including the provision of much-needed family-sized homes.
These projects will contribute to Westminster council’s ambitious programme to deliver at least 1,850 new affordable homes across the city by 2023.
Stanta scope includes 200mm SFS profiles with Y-Wall sheathing board, Breather Membranes, EPDMs and Insulations/Channels.
