Stanta are glad to have commenced works at the Landmark development in Bexhill this week with our longstanding client Fleetwood Architectural Aluminium.
The Landmark development is a 66 unit apartment block that has been the subject of a cladding remediation order to remove the current EPS render insulation and replace it with a new non-combustible Mineral Wool Render system.
Stanta scope includes stripping the envelope back to the SFS and replacing all external boards, Insulatons, Fire barriers and Render facade system.
