Stanta look forward to starting work on another new Residential scheme with our long time client Hill Partnerships in Bracknell over the coming months. This is our second project in Bracknell following the Brakenhale Academy school completed in 2020 and was secured following a detailed and competitive tender with Hill Partnerships to get the scope and costs to the right place.
Amber House is a Metropolitan Thames Valley Homes landmark scheme located in the centre of Bracknell. The scheme will form part of the £240m regeneration project taking place in the town centre, offering new housing plus a beautiful boulevard of amenities.
The Development will provide 193 new homes to the area in a series of blocks up to 9 storeys and clad predominantly in Brickwork facade
