Stanta are glad to have secured a new project in Westminster building 168 new homes on for Linkcity, the development arm of Bouygues UK.
This follows the successful delivery of projects in Greenwich and Brighton for BYUK in 2019 & 2020 and we look forward to delivering on this also.
The project is on Luton street in Westminster and is part of Westminster City Council’s Church Street regeneration programme.
In total the development will include 109 homes for sale and 59 affordable homes. 40 of these will be for social rent, and 19 will be intermediate. There will be 76 underground car parking spaces, a three-court sports hall and a community space.
