Stanta are delighted to have secured the SFS and Insulated render packages to the new Nine Elms school in Wandsworth with key client Morgan Sindall.
This will be the 3rd school in recent years with Morgan Sindall following the successful works on schools at Summerdown Academy and Burlington Junior School which included Perfect Delivery scores from Morgan Sindall.
Stanta have worked on the tender design and development with Morgan Sindall and the Architects since initial enquiry in 2022 and so are glad to be onboard officially and getting started in design. Scope includes all Metsec SFS infill profiles, Y-Wall outer boarding, Obex EPDM and Benx/Envirowall Insulated render systems among the main items.
The new flagship primary school building in Nine Elms will help increase capacity for the borough’s SEND provision with a 16-place Social, Emotional and Mental Health specialist base.
As a modern two-form entry primary school, it will have capacity to accommodate 420 children aged between 5 and 11 in mainstream education, as well as a stand-alone nursery facility for 52 children.
Work has commenced onsite and Stanta will begin installing SFS in early 2026. For more information and progress photos please visit our projects page.
