Stanta awarded new school development in Kent

Stanta look forward to working with Wates Construction again on the latest project in their Schools batch to start onsite at the St. John Fisher Catholic Comprehensive school in Kent.

This follows the successful design, supply and installation of the SFS and Cladding works to the Bohunt Academy and Burnham Grammer schools that were also for South Homes Counties.

Situated at the top of the hill between Chatham and Rochester with inspiring views looking out across the River Medway. The new school will bring together the upper and lower schools which are currently in two separate sites.

The new build will offer a wide range of teaching spaces, including Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA) pitches, state-of the-art IT systems, a football pitch, a library, a dance studio, gym and kiln room. These facilities will be shared with the wider community outside of school hours.

Stanta scope includes a mix of 270mm & 300mm SFS profiles and over 3,000m2 of Y-Wall Boarding, Insulations, Brick channels and Envirowall Insulated Render.

Work begins onsite in the new year. For more information please visit our project page.
