Stanta are delighted to confirm the award of the SFS package to the Perfume factory development in North Acton for Telford Homes. This is our first project with Telford Homes and we look forward to working with them on the project.
The package was awarded by specialist envelope contractor EAG facades and follows a host of previous projects successfully delivered between our companies such as Embassy Gardens, BBC TV centre, Abell House and more. We look forward to delivering another succesful SFS package with EAG on this project also.
The Perfume Factory development will see the former Elizabeth Arden factory site transformed into a new purpose-built build to rent scheme, delivering 374 new homes and 1,403 sqm of commercial floor space across three residential towers comprising 12, 16 and 25 storeys, as well as public realm improvements.
The site sits within the heart of North Acton, which is currently undergoing rapid transformation, with thousands of new homes being delivered as well as significant transport improvements. It is also less than a mile away from the Old Oak Common regeneration area, which has been prioritised by the Mayor of London.
The design features three 12, 14 and 23 storey towers with a range of cladding and glazing options. Stanta scope includes all SFS studwork, Knauf Windliner external lining and Cortex EPDMs. Installation begins onsite in spring 2022. For more information please visit our projects page.
