Stanta have recently been awarded our second renovation project in central London following the recent King William street development.
160 Aldersgate in the heart of the business district of London features the extensive redevelopment of the 1980’s block to provide 266,000 sq ft of high quality office space that appeals to the City market. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the refurbishment will deliver an uplift on the existing floor area through the addition of an extra storey
EAG facades have been appointed by McLaren construction to provide the replacement of the existing Aldersgate façade to give the building new identity, dramatically reconfiguring the building’s atrium and external envelope with a mix of stone and metal claddings. Stanta in turn have been appointed by EAG facades following our successful works on the Abell house development in Westminster in 2015.
