Brent Cross Phase 13 works ready to commence

The commencement date for installation works at Brent Cross Phase 13 has arrived and is a project Stanta are looking forward to working on with client Galliford Try.

This is our first project with Galliford Try in a few years and is good to be back working with the team involved and Voestalpine Metsec to get the design progressed and ready for site.

Brent Cross Town, in North London, is an entirely new urban neighbourhood at the heart of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme. It is a joint venture between Argent Related and Barnet Council to develop a large-scale mixed-use development including new homes, retail and commercial space as well as improved schools and greenspaces in the area.

The development will feature:

  • Up to 6,700 new homes which will be a mix of affordable homes, rentals and homes for sale
  • A new town centre in the heart of the neighbourhood, with a high street offering a mix of shops, cafés and restaurants
  • New office space (up to 3 million square feet), providing over 25,000 jobs
  • Improved connections, with the new Brent Cross West station connecting to central London and Brent Cross London shopping centre
  • Three schools will be rehoused in brand new buildings, including an expanded Claremont Primary School
  • New squares, parks with inspiring places for children to play, and green spaces and amenities for people of all ages to enjoy
  • New indoor sports and play facilities.

Stanta scope for the project includes the Installation of all SFS walls and Nordan Windows and Doors to provide a critical path delivery of the weatherproof substrate envelope.

Work begins onsite before the end of September. For more info and progress photos please visit our projects page.
