A landmark project at the centre of the Greenwich regeneration scheme, the Woolwich central development contains an 80,000sq ft Tesco’s shopping centre and over 259 high end apartments. Stanta were appointed by Prater following extensive design and value engineering work at tender stage. Starting onsite months ahead of the Prater cladding works, Stanta were instrumental in ensuring the design and installation of the SFS systems went according to critical path planning. Stanta scope included design and installation of approximately 15,000m2 of SFS stud, Calcium Silicate boarding, External and Internal Insulations and EPDM membranes to seal the substrate works. The envelope was installed from a mix of MEWPs and Mastclimbers, and supported a wide range of cladding systems and interfaces including Trespa and Aluminium rainscreens. All Stanta works were delivered on time and on budget.
