Stanta are glad to announce another newly commenced project with Henry Construction in Hackey called Bridport place.
Bridport Place is a development by Metropolitan Housing Trust on the boundary between Islington and Hackney at the corner of Bridport Place and Wiltshire Row, adjacent to the Regent’s Canal. The project provides 32 high-quality new homes (50% affordable) with 10% wheelchair accessible apartments in a range of sizes.
The design strategy reinforces and defines the street frontage, extending the adjacent building lines to form a corner with an active frontage. The site footprint is narrow and so the development maximized the number of homes by increasing the building height to 11 stories.
The building will be clad in brick with large balconies to each apartment. Stanta will be providing all design, supply and installation services of our BBA certified SFS system. For more information please visit our project page.
