Stanta secure Seymour street development

Stanta have recently been awarded the SFS infill works to the Seymour street development in central London by Colorminium. This is our first project with Colorminium and we look forward to working with them in the coming year.

The development belongs to the Portman estate group, who received planning permission to demolish the old police station building at 1-9 Seymour Street and redevelop the site, awarding the contract to Galliford Try in 2014. The development involves the erection of a new building comprising basement, lower ground, ground plus six storeys and rooftop plant fronting Seymour Street, and Bryanston Street for use as a school, 24 residential units, offices and restaurants.

Stanta begin work onsite in early spring 2017. For more information or progress photos please visit our project page
