Stanta have recently been appointed as the SFS contractor for the next phase of the large Keybridge house development near Vauxhall station in London by Skonto Enterprises Ltd. This is the third such appointment by Skonto in under a year and is testament to the benefits of close support during tender stage followed by a good project delivery onsite.
Keybridge house is a 74,300 sqm residential redevelopment of the BT Telephone Exchange in Vauxhall led by Mount Anvil. Keybridge House will deliver 415 new homes as well as a two-form-entry primary schools, office space and retail units including the UKs tallest residential Brick clad tower at 37 storeys in total.
Stanta's appointment at Keybridge provides a continuation of our operations in the Vauxhall/Nine Elms area with other projects at Embassy Gardens and the Residence nearby.
