Stanta have recently been awarded the SFS infill works contract to the Summerdown School in Eastbourne with Morgan Sindall.
Stanta are looking forward to working with Morgan Sindall again on this project and have already issued BIM ready Revit designs to get the ball rolling.
The new learning environment will educate up to 84 learners between the ages of five and 16 who have a diagnosis of autism and speech/communication needs (ASC), alongside a separate centre called the Southfield Centre which will educate up to 51 learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
The main footprint of the building is single storey, however the central block increases in scale to two storey and the east block houses the spacious main hall and dining which can double as space for parents evenings, school events and wider community use.
Stanta scope includes all SFS studwork, Boarding, Insulations, Brick channels and more. Work begins onsite in late 2021. For more info or progress photos please visit our projects page.
