Stanta have recently secured a new project at Roach road in Stratford with the Anderson Group. This is the first project between Stanta and Anderson group and we look forward to working with them and the Architects Studio Egret West.
The project consists of a redevelopment to comprise the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new building up to 7 storeys in height to accommodate 972sqm approx. of commercial floorspace and 49 residential units along with ancillary cycle storage, car parking and landscape works and other associated works.
Stanta will be providing the envelope SFS substrate works and lightweight cladding items to selected facades including design, supply and installation of all items. Work begins onsite in January 2017. For more details or progress pictures please visit our project page.
