Stanta have recently commenced installations on a new Signature Care home for Wates Construction in Barnet. This follows the successful delivery of another Signature care home in Wandsworth for Wates, and is another project we look forward to working closely with Wates on.
Signature at Barnet features 102 ensuite bedrooms and will include Signature’s award-winning residential and nursing care. Signature at Barnet will host a wealth of communal facilities including a café, lounges, fine dining experiences, cinema, hair salon & therapy room.
The project is a 3 storey predominantly Brick clad development with half storey roof designs will utilize the Stanta 200mm profiles lined in the Siniat Weather defence external boarding as the primary substrate. Stanta will also be providing the rendered façade to key elevations.
