Stanta secure large regeneration project in Wembley

Stanta look forward to continuing our good working relationship with Henry Construction following the recent appointment to the Chesterfield House development in Wembley. This relationship started on the Victoria square project in Acton back in 2015 and has since seen a number of projects awarded and delivered.

Brent Council has approved plans by HUB and Bridges Ventures to transform a disused office block into twin residential towers containing 239 homes. The 21 and 26 storey towers have been designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects and will be the tallest in Wembley.

The development will include a range of one, two and three-bed apartments spread across the two towers. The brick-clad towers step back twice in plan as they rise, providing space for roof terraces.

Stanta begin work on the project in late Spring 2018. For more info or progress pictures please visit the project page
