Stanta are delighted to have recently secured our first project with Osborne Construction with the award of the Pelham Street project in Brighton. This is our 7th project in recent years in the South Coast town and we are glad to continue our operations there on this fantastic development.
The Pelham street development site is located near the Greater Brighton Metropolitan College and features 135 residential units and comprises a mixture of one, two and three bed apartments, as well as four family townhouses.
The development is virtually car free and includes significant levels of cycle parking, shared amenity and recreation areas and also a wide range of private spaces for residents. The apartments have high sustainability and carbon reduction credentials utilising a fabric first approach to energy reduction, green and blue roof systems and an all-electric approach to services.
Stanta works onsite include the design and installation of all Metsec SFS framing and structural penthouse units to the top floors. Ancillary items such as breather membranes, Insulations and Brick channel are also installed by Stanta.
