Stanta look forward to starting on another Wood Wharf development in the new year with the award of the SFS package for the G7 building known as 8 Harbord Square by Linder Prater earlier this year.
This is our first project with the Prater division of Lindner Prater since we worked together on the landmark Woolwich town centre development back in 2012 and we are very glad to be back working with Prater and the Canary Wharf Group again on this prestigious development.
8 Harbord Square is the latest residential building being delivered as part of Canary Wharf's expansion into its new Wood Wharf district which already includes the highly popular 10 Park Drive and One Park Drive buildings. Designed to reflect the heritage of the brick warehouses typical of the area, 8 Harbord Square provides an architectural nod to the history of Canary Wharf, while its modern and sophisticated interiors are reminiscent of Manhattan lofts.
Stanta will be providing over 4,200m2 of SFS infill to this 11 storey development in the heart of Wood Wharf, and all walls will be lined by a Brickwork facade on the exterior and the interior offering excellent performances across the envelope while giving the apartments a unique yet timeless look and feel.
