Stanta look forward to getting started on the new Rox development in Central Brighton with Henry construction over the coming weeks.
The project is on the site of the old Astoria cinema in Brighton which has been demolished with a new structure to be built to suit the new life of the building as a 7 storey apartment block. The existing building had become run down and sat vacant for the past 20 years.
Extending to approximately 67,694sq ft, it will comprise 70 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, plus commercial space at ground level that will help to revitalise the street. Architect Cove Burgess have designed a stunning facade to reflect the Art Deco style of the original building.
