Stanta have been selected by Wates to provide the design, supply and installation of all SFS infill works and insulated render to the Anglo American & De Beers headquarters on Charterhouse street in Central London. This follows the successful delivery of the Old Street renovation development for Wates in 2017.
The project is a complete strip back to the structural frame of the original building in Charterhouse Street, followed by addition of extensions, re-configuring cores and re-cladding the building to create a new contemporary asset that will be their new home.
Work begins onsite in early 2019 and will involve a close design co-ordination with Wates, MCM and Formation Architects and Schneider facades. For more information please visit the project page.
