Stanta awarded contract to best address in London

Stanta are proud to announce our recent appointment to the pretigious one Grosvenor Square development in Mayfair with Mace group. This is our second contract directly with Mace following the successful delivery of works at Camden Lock village and under sub-contract at BBC Television centre.

The landmark property, which was previously home to Canadian High Commission, is being redeveloped into a luxury residential scheme with 48 homes. Lodha purchased the site in 2014 and in 2015 Westminster City Council granted consent for its complete redevelopment.

Lodha UK appointed Eric Parry Architects to carefully deconstruct and recreate a development synonymous with the neighbourhood’s heritage buildings. The neo-Georgian façade is set to be rebuilt brick-by-brick with improved ceiling heights between 3.1m and 4.2m – one of the highest of any new build residential development in London.

Stanta have been appointed to provide the critical path SFS infill works for Mace with our control over the full package from design to installation being a clear benefit to the project. Installation starts onsite in early summer. For updated information and progress photos please visit our project page.
