Stanta are delighted to move forward with our clients EDM London to develop designs and prepare for the installation works at the magnificent Audley Square development in Mayfair for Caudwell Properties.
This follows a long tender and pre-design process in which a lot of close working with our clients at EDM and the many consultants required to develop the design to a scope that works for this unique building.
The development by British entrepreneur John Caudwell, is located at the former Audley Square car park. It will be transformed into 29 residences with completion scheduled for late 2025.
The building has been designed by New York-based architect Robert AM Stern and the façade will be finely crafted with inspiration taken from Mayfair’s heritage. EPR are the project Architects and bringing the concept to life over the coming months.
Audley Square House will be a nine-storey high building with a lower ground floor and four basement levels. This will be made up of five townhouses, three penthouses, a mews home and 20 luxury apartments.
Each penthouse will have its own lift, gym and swimming pool and the largest, which will be 13,401 sq/ft, will be worth more than £100million.
The five proposed townhouses will have their own pool and gym.
Integral to the design is a Portland stone façade with beautiful balustrades, ornamental fretwork etched onto the frontage and curved balconies.
Stanta scope includes over 6,000m2 of SFS, external & Internal linings, VCLS and Insulations etc to provide the backing substrate for the complex Stone facade.
