Stanta are proud to announce our recent success in securing the SFS works to the impressive Harrow Square development for Barratt Homes in West London. Stanta have been awarded the works by Skonto enterprises Ltd who have been appointed to provide the full envelope to the building including windows and cladding.
Situated less than a minutes’ walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill station, Harrow Square will deliver 318 homes, focussing on a bespoke-designed public space which, once complete, will be able to play host to events such as weekend markets and outdoor cinema screenings. The majority of apartments have private balconies, with many offering views across Greater London, and selected apartments will have access to private roof terraces. The building will be clad in a mix of aluminium rainscreen and GRC cladding across a range of fin features
The design of the development has been carefully considered to create a new focal point for the town centre, further boosting the regeneration masterplan for the wider area. A new library will sit in the heart of the development, while a number of retailers will populate the area around the square, creating a new destination for both new and existing residents of Harrow.
Stanta will be providing all SFS infill walls, boards, EPDMs and ancillary items to allow for early weatherproofing of the buildings. For more info please visit our project page.
