Stanta have recently been awarded the contract for the New Walk town centre redevelopment in Leicester with John Sisk and sons. This is the third project awarded by Sisk to Stanta this year following the successful completion of the Wapping Wharf, Lewisham gateway (phase 1) and Rathbone market developments in 2015.
The new mixed use development will comprise 50,000 square feet of office space, 54 new homes, a small amount of retail space including restaurants, and improve public realm to complement the attractive, tree-lined New Walk.
