Stanta have recently been appointed to provide the full substrate envelope to a new residential retirement development in Hampstead, London with the Pegasus life group.
This project will be managed by Rise consultants Ltd and marks a new scope offering for Stanta with the introduction of the window supply & installation using Ideal Combi composite products. This gives the advantage to our clients of the full weatherproof 'critical path' being managed and installed by Stanta.
Hampstead Green Place is a vibrant development of one and two bedroom apartments across a number of interlinking blocks ranging in height from 6 to 10 storeys. The building is predominantly brick clad featuring chamfered brick openings to create a striking elevation and has already been nominated for the Housing design awards 2016.
The lower-ground floor features a lounge, gym, stretch studio and lap pool. There is also a treatment room, sauna, steam room and a hair and beauty salon. The ground floor’s café is open to the public and those who live at Hampstead Green Place. The underground parking system is also a convenient addition to the development.
