Stanta are delighted to announce the recent success in securing the next phase at the Guinness Partnership development on Imperial st in Bromley by Bow with Henry Construction.
This follows the successful delivery of all SFS & ancillary works on phase one, with the extra scope of composite Window and Door installations added to the order to allow for single point contracting of the weatherproof envelope.
Imperial Street redevelops a brownfield site to create a residential-led mixed-use scheme as part of a wider 1700-home masterplan. The site has been identified by the London Legacy Development Corporation as part of a wider regeneration area for Bromley-by-Bow.
Imperial Phase 2 delivers much-needed, high-quality housing close to the River Lea. Providing 144 new homes in a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units as well as 168 sqm of commercial space. The building is conceived as a mansion court around a communal landscaped courtyard.
The design teams have continued working together to get this framed in good time, and Stanta installations begin onsite in late 2021. For more information please visit our projects page.
