Stanta secure new school project in West London

Stanta look forward to working with Wates on the latest new school development in the ESFA scheme with the award of all SFS infill works to the Harlington School in Hayes West London. Many thanks to all at Wates for the continued trust to deliver these developments as successfully as all our previous projects at Bohunt Academy, Burnham grammer and others.

Harlington school is a new development fully funded by the Department of Education
(DfE) with a multi million pound investment. In addition to a brand new school, the DfE are also rebuilding the library, adult education and sports centre community facilities.

The new building will provide an additional 45 places in each year group, giving more students the opportunity to register, and reduce the current waiting list. The new development will also be expanding it's highly regarded provision for students with special educational needs, with a new designated unit for young people with Autism joining the current specialist provision for students with physical and sensory disabilities.

The 6th Form will also have a brand new wing. The community facilities include a new Adult Education Centre, the continuation of a shared community and school library, and a brand new Sports Centre. The new school and community facilities will be accessed via a beautiful, tree lined, pedestrian boulevard from Pinkwell Lane.

Stanta scope includes almost 5,000m2 of 250mm & 300mm large profile SFS including all external boards, Insulations and ancillary items. Work begins onsite in Q2 2022. For more info please visit our projects page.
