Stanta are proud to announce the recent appointment to the Kings Point development in Reading by Henry Construction. This is our second project direct with Henry Construction following the recent Victoria Square development in Acton.
The redevelopment of the disused King’s Point office building in Reading will provide 103 new homes with cascading roof gardens and canal frontage, as well as commercial space and new public realm.
The 17-storey tall building will be built at 120 King’s Road and will contribute to Reading’s Tall Building Strategy which forms part of the Central Area Action Plan and aims to guide the future development of the town centre.
Stanta will be providing all SFS infill substrate works to the development and hope to get started by early Autumn. For more images and project info please visit the project page.
