Stanta are looking forward to working with Mulalley construction again on the development of the Elthorne Estate project in Islington in the new year.
This is the first project with Mulalley since the successful delivery of Ladderswood Estate Phase 1 and Goodinge also in North London a few years back. It is also our first project working with voestalpine Metsec on the SFS design and supply and we very much look forward to getting started with them too.
The Elthorne Estate Sunken Pitch and Community Centre Sites scheme is located in the Hillrise Ward, London N19. The sites are on the edge and in the heart of a large existing 1970’s housing estate.
Mulalley have been appointed to undertake the design and construction of 46 new homes, a new community centre, new MUGA and associated landscaping and estate environmental improvements.
Works began onsite in mid 2021 and Stanta commence with the Metsec installation in early new year. For more infomation and some project photos please visit our projects page.
