Stanta are delighted to have recently secured our first project with Vistry Group with the award of the Swandon Way (Homebase site) down in Wandsworth.
The Swandon way project by L&G will be a new flagship Build to Rent development offering 1,000 homes to the community and 85,000 sq ft of commercial space.
35% of this residential offering will be geared towards affordable housing, diversifying the community and creating an opportunity to live in a coveted area within London at value.
Part of a two site connected masterplan, the site will be a flagship Build to Rent development in the UK.
Stanta have been awarded over 18,000m2 of SFS infill wall including external boards and EPDMs spread across 5 blocks. Design is all in-house to meet a tight lead-in program for start onsite in early summer 2022.
