Stanta look forward to getting started onsite with our new clients O'Shea Group at the Mitre Yard development along Scrubs Lane in West London.
Mitre Yard is a key brownfield site in North West London's Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area. The new site will provide a residential development featuring two buildings. A courtyard block overlooking the Grand Union Canal and a street block along Scrubs Lane with a tower that acts as a wayfinding marker on a key east–west route.
The blocks will provide 241 homes in two new buildings and will comprise a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Stanta scope includes almost 10,000m2 of 100mm SFS infill including BG Glasroc outer boarding & EPDMs etc.
