The relationship between Stanta and Wates has always been a good one since we secured our first project at Edith Borthwick back in 2015. Originally this relationship was limited to Northern Home counties only, but has expanded over the years to include Wates London and more recently Wates Southern home counties.
Key to this expansion has been close work at tender stage of projects, and of course projects delivered to Wates high standards each time. And in recent weeks a committment to that relationship from Wates has brought us a project from each division spread between the Borough Yards in London, Copleston School in Ipswich and Langley School Slough.
