Stanta are proud to announce our recent success in securing the Phase 2 works at Littlemore Park with our long time client Hill Partnerships.
The site has been running smoothly from day one and it's a pleasure to be rolling into the next phase with this team.
Located in Littlemore on the outskirts of Oxford, the riverside site is in the grounds of the former Victorian Littlemore Hospital and retains remnants of its original parkland trees.
The site provides over 250 new homes within a rich set of green streets and ecological parkland, where everyone looks out onto a green street and is just a step away from a green space.
Phase 2 features two new Apartment blocks clad in Brickwork with over 3000m2 of SFS, Board, Insulation etc required. Work begins onsite soon. For more information please visit our projects page.
