Stanta look forward to getting started on our latest East London Olympic regeneration scheme in East London with Henry Construction and the Guinness Partnership. This was awarded following the successful delivery of other large residential scheme's with Henry Construction recently.
The 900 new homes at Bromley-by-Bow, 50% of which will be affordable housing, will be on two neighbouring sites. The project will also include work spaces, retail and leisure facilities.
The development at Bromley-by-Bow sits at the heart of the greater London Authorities’ Stratford Opportunity Area. On completion this is expected to deliver 32,000 new homes and 50,000 jobs.
