Stanta are glad to announce a new project with Hill Partnerships on the Juniper House development in Walthamstow.
Juniper House comprises a 91-unit residential development adjacent to Walthamstow Central train station. The development will include 950 square metres of retail/commercial space and a nursery. The residential is situated in a 16-storey tower and a 4-storey block behind.
The units will be an equal split of 50% private sale and 50% affordable. The affordable units are proposed to be split 60% shared ownership and 40% social rent.
This project is located yards from the first project we completed for Hill Partnerships at the Arcade on Hoe street back in 2013 and with almost 20 projects between us since then we are very appreciative of the continued confidence they have in Stanta to deliver a high quality product and service.
