Stanta look forward to returning to Bristol over the coming months to design and install the SFS infill works to the McArthurs Yard development for Hill Partnerships.
This is the first project in Bristol for the new Western expansion of the Hill Partnerships group and is a welcome return to the city for Stanta following other successful projects for Stanta back in 2011 and 2014 with Finzels Reach and Wapping Wharf. It also marks our second project with Guinness Partnership having already secured phases 1 & 2 at the Bromley by Bow site in London.
The McArthur’s Yard site is one of the most high profile undeveloped sites on Bristol’s harbourside. Originally the headquarters of Bristol-based metal merchant McArthur’s Group, the site is in a prominent position surrounding Bristol’s floating harbour, adjacent to the SS Great Britain. The proposed development will comprise 147 residential homes, mixed commercial workspace and a café.
Stanta scope provides all the SFS infill studwork to the lower floors including all insulations, brick channels and membranes etc required behind the Brickwork facades. Work begins onsite in early May. For more info please visit our projects page.
