Stanta awarded SFS and Windows install on major new Hounslow development

Stanta are delighted to have recently secured the SFS and Window and Door packages on the impressive Notting Hill Genesis development on Lampton road in Hounslow.

This is another project secured with Hill Partnership Major projects division following the successful delivery of the SFS packages at Chobham Farm, Fish Island and Aylesbury Estate among others and is a much appreciated reward for an excellent working relationship.

In addition to the SFS on this project Stanta will be managing the Installation of all Nordan Windows and Doors on the project to offer a dry envelope critical path solution to the building program.

Stanta will co-ordinate design, deliveries and installation of the Nordan Windows and Doors on a close interface with the SFS works to ensure the critical sequence items such as EPDMs, Cill support plates, Protection, Water Testing and more are managed efficiently prior to follow on Insulations and Brickwork trades.

The development at Lampton Parkside will allow residents to enjoy the best in West London living by combining an urban lifestyle with proximity to Lampton Park’s 40 acres of green open space and beautiful countryside.

Designed by award-winning architects Allies & Morrison, Lampton Parkside forms the second phase of the ten-year Lampton Road scheme which has already begun rejuvenating Hounslow thanks to a brand new carbon-neutral Civic Centre and 160 affordable homes.

The development will be split between 563 homes for private sale and 217 affordable units, each featuring an extremely high level of finish which includes a fully integrated kitchen and quality fitted bathroom suites. The buildings themselves feature subtle brick tones that perfectly complement the natural environment.

SFS design has been progressing well, and installations begin onsite before the end of the year. For more information and project updates please visit our projects page.
