Stanta are looking forward to working with United Living again on the forthcoming Wornington Green development near Ladbrook Grove in West London.
This is our first project with United Living since the successful delivery of the South Kilburn development in 2016.
The £60 million Phase II of the project follows extensive consultation with local residents and will provide a mixture of private and affordable apartments designed to bring much-needed new housing to this part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Work will begin on site in late spring 2018, building the new homes next to Athlone Gardens, together with an extension to the retail offer along Portobello Road, as part of the community-focussed £200 million Wornington Green regeneration masterplan being delivered by Catalyst.
