Stanta are proud to annouce the recent award of the latest Signature Care home in Highgate with Wates Construction.
This follows the successful delivery of the previous Signature developments in Barnet and Wandsworth with Wates and is reward for the excellent quality of works on those past projects.
Signature at Highgate is a care home dedicated to respect and dignity, comprising of 96 private apartments for optimal privacy and independence. There is a mixture of one-bedroom suites and studio apartments for flexibility in the care options provided.
There are many social options for residents, including a café, activity space, bistro, a fine dining restaurant, a bar, a cinema, spa facilities, therapy rooms, hair salon, various lounges, and many seating areas.
Stanta scope on the project includes over 3000m2 of 200mm SFS profile including all additonal boards, Insulations, Brick channels and more.
