Stanta appointed to new East London regeneration project

Stanta have recently been awarded the SFS infill works to another large regeneration project in East London with Hill Partnerships following the successful appointment at Fish Island earlier this year.

This development situated alongside the Blackwall DLR station forms phase 1B of a large urban regeneration project by Swan association housing in partnership with Hill partnerships that will eventually deliver 1575 homes over a 20 acre site.

Phase 1B of the Blackwall Reach Regeneration project delivers 242 new homes, as well as significant public realm improvements with the creation of a new square around Blackwall DLR station.

The proposals, consisting of three buildings between 10 and 24 storeys in height, will create a strong sense of arrival at Blackwall DLR station and create a key link to the wider Blackwall Reach masterplan to the north. Phase 1B will establish a benchmark of quality both for the remaining phases of the Blackwall Reach Regeneration project as well as other emerging developments in the area.

Stanta are glad to be working with Hill Partnerships on this project having built a good relationship and reputation on previous developments and look forward to getting started later this summer. For more info please visit our project page
