Stanta are proud to announce our recent award and imminent commencement on a new project with Wates at the Signature Care home in Wandsworth
Signature of Wandsworth will feature 98 private apartments that vary from studios to 1 bedroom suites and will offer Signature’s award winning residential and nursing care. The home also includes its very own cinema, a hair salon and a therapy room.
Designed by PRP Architects and secured as part of a batch by Wates, the Signature Wandsworth marks yet another new type of development between Stanta and Wates having already successfully delivered a range of schools and commercial renovation schemes.
