Stanta look forward to working with Henry construction again on the Scape Project at the University of Brighton. This is our first project in Brighton and follows the successful delivery of many other projects in London for Henry construction.
Scape Brighton is a large scale, purpose-built private student development located on the primary campus of the University of Brighton. Scape Brighton will provide circa 550 beds and extensive communal areas with circa 1,500 square feet of retail space.
The property will primarily serve students from Brighton University and the University of Sussex, which together have circa 36,000 students including circa 7,500 international students, and is expected to be operational in September 2020.
Stanta will be provising all design, supply and installation of the SFS infill and associated scope. Work begins onsite in summer 2019. For more info and progress photo's please visit our projects page.
