Health and Safety has always been a top priority for Stanta and the company actively promotes a positive and proactive safety culture that is strictly followed at all times by all employees and sub-contractors. The company aims to continually maintain our ZERO accidents statistic through careful planning and implementation of our safety procedures onsite.

Our overall safety systems are independently audited and accredited every year by Achilles, Acclaim, Builders profile and Constructionline to ensure the highest standards of care are taken in our planning and operations. This is further backed up by an independent safety consultant we employ to audit our sites on a regular basis in conjunction with following the overall main contractor’s site safety plans and procedures.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The recycled nature of our steel products ensures our operations have a more sustainable nature than other construction systems. Light gauge steel coil comes from recycled sources in the UK and has been rated as an A+ product by the BRE green guide on construction products.

However this does not mean Stanta do not take our other operational responsibilities lightly and have implemented a thorough Environmental management system to review and audit our procedures to ensure we leave a minimal carbon footprint through sustainable practices and policies.

QUALITY

Stanta take quality control very seriously and follow a strict series of policies and procedures to ensure we maintain the same high standards on all our projects.

This has been adapted from the ISO:9001 set of standard and converted to suit our Achilles, Constructionline and Builders profile accreditations.

In addition to the above Stanta had our steel rollforming process certified with CE marking in 2015 to ensure all products and manufacturing process are independently audited for the correct material and manufacturing standards.

And finally to provide assurance to our clients of the quality of our systems Stanta is one of the few SFS companies in the UK to have a BBA certification for light gauge steel SFS infill systems. This is audited twice a year in manufacturing, office and site installation to ensure a full assessment of our daily procedures.
